A new forum has provided a online home for Zhineng Qigong practitioners worldwide to exchange experiences and ideas, obtain help and advices from the teachers and other practitioners, post practice diaries, etc. Interested friends can download free videos and written explanations of the wonderful new Zhineng Breathing Series.
An embedded video chat-room hosts weekly lectures and group practices lead by the teacher(s). Members will benefit from the enhanced chi field in this chat room and make rapid progress in healing, fitness and advanced practice.
All the income from these trainings will be donated to promote Zhineng Qigong worldwide.
The enrollment is flexible. One-to-one tutorial lectures, class notes and reading materials posted will help the newcomers to catch up with the class quickly.
