Blythe has been practicing Zhineng Qigong for over five years fighting a cancer. She joined the class in July, two months later than other students, but she caught up quickly and made rapid progresses due to her determination and great efforts.
She got a lotus like her sister Orea’s in the crown, and both her three Dantians and her central meridian were opened up after she received Master Liu’s spiritual transmission through our weekly group practice.

Today's meditation was deep. Spinning at all three centers, but mostly at middle dan tian..Heat at bai hui. I did head massage(THCMM), then yang qi. Felt all of us in dan tian - wasn't sure if it should be lower or middle, so went with middle. Is middle called Hun Yuan Palace? I wasn't sure when re-reading old notes. Top of head still very hot, bubbling/tingling sensation. Don't feel fluffy this time, but solid and lumpish.

Thanks, Jane, for - once again - promptly giving me the information I needed! I've done some of Body and Mind #s 6 and 9 already today. Once I am home in Oregon, I shall get down to learning the parts of Body and Mind by number - memorizing the order. It is time and past time! I will ask my sore-backed co-worker friend if she is interested in learning ZBE.
Practice last night: 1 hour (30+ minutes of breathing interspersed with head massage, followed by 30 of Yang Qi. The breathing goes surprisingly fast. Orea and I are talking about raising it to 45 minutes of breathing, 45 mintues of yang qi so there is enough time to settle deeper into each form of breathing.
Last night, during the latter half of yang qi practice, chanting HYLT silently, heat started in the middle and upper dan tians, then eyeballs, but quickly shifted to a column of blazing whitish light from bai hui to hui yin, swirling both up and down, clockwise and counterclockwise. Somehow, it was hot without being hot. By the end of practice, I was actually chilled - but I have been chilly often since arriving, possibly because I am unused to air conditioning.
This morning we did the same practice: a bit over 1 hour in total. Sometime during yang qi, before the phone rang, I experienced (saw/felt from inside and outside?) my body as shifting clouds of bright qi - like a nebula - surrounding a dark skeleton. AS I kept HYLT-ing, particles of light like stars began to filter into the middle of the heads of the femurs and into the iliac crest of the pelvis on both sides. My mind stayed as observer up till that point then I think it jumped in to flood more qi-stars into the bones. After the phone rang, I kept going through the motions, but got pretty restless by the end of our time. Maybe I'll put earplugs in tonight and try that ……
